If the Loss is under Auto Liability or General Liability please do not accept negligence. There is a condition under the policies that requires you not to do so. If you breach that condition, it could result in a “Reservation of Rights” letter. For all Losses, you should gather information that would help resolve the issue. The information should include: When, Where, Time, Who, What happened and extent of damage, etc. Always beware of Public Adjusters! Do not sign anything without contacting Gordon Insurance.
